Translation
Please note that all sessions will be in English, but there is a possibility of translation into German. If you require translation, please indicate this on your registration form.
Accommodation
The official Conference hotel is the Millennium Bailey Hotel in South Kensington, London, which is walking distance from the main conference venue.
Two other good London accommodation sites are: www.londontown.com and www.lastminute.com. Budget accommodation within walking distance can be found at Baden Powell House.
Airport Transfers and Travel Within London

Visas
If you require assistance with your VISA application we can supply you with a registration confirmation letter once your conference registration has been processed, to support your application. Please note we are unable to provide invitation letters and suggest that you contact the respective Embassy in your country for more information.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
A fee of £10 per person will apply to any cancellation made before 28 September 2008. No refund will be made after this date. The Every Nation London office must be advised in writing of any transfer, cancellation, or change to your registration before 28 September 2008. Your registration and payment confirm that you have accepted this policy.

FAQ
Is there a special International Delegate rate?
All delegates (both UK and International) pay the same registration fee – however we do offer special rates for families and students.
Can I register on the Day?
You may register on the day of the conference, however a late registration fee of £10 will apply. You can obtain the best registration fee by submitting your application by the Early Bird registration deadline, which is 28 September 2008.
Will there be children’s and parents’ facilities?
We have a parent’s room with a live video-link for parents with babies up to 18 months, and a full children’s program for children from 18 months – 14 years. The children’s program will be offered during the main sessions only (not the workshops). If you wish to take part in the program, you will need to register your child from 10:00 on Saturday 18 October at the Children’s Registration desk.
Are there food outlets at the venue?
There will be a coffee bar and small food shop open on Saturday 18 October from 11:30am – 3:30pm where you can purchase sandwiches, drinks, fruit, etc. Unfortunately these outlets will not be open on the Sunday of the conference.
